SERVICES:
- Free drop off and pick up at your hotel in San Jose, San Jose Airport, Liberia Airport, Quepos, Manuel Antonio, Tamarindo Beach or Flamingo Beach.
- No drop off charge applies for return the car in a different location. (In rentals of three days or longer)
- Car & Driver service. Upon request we can facilitate you an english spoken chauffer your rental car.
- Road Assistance. With our 5 offices and 21 gas stations we are capable to provide you a fast assistance all around Costa Rica.
- Free Kilometers in all our rentals

- The most comprehensive insurance plan in Costa Rica, with better coverages and lower deductibles.
- No surcharge for rentals at the airport.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- The basic insurance includes the coverage for collision damage waiver (CDW), Liability (LI), and car theft (CT).
- The basic insurace has a deductibleof US $ 750.00 in the CDW and the CT. Also it has a 20% deductible of the damages to the third parties property.
- There is an optional insurance. The daily cost is $9 and it covers the CDW and CT deductibles as well as the partial theft of the car. Please consider that the 20% deductible for damages to third parties properties if not covered by any insurance.
- There are no charge taxes on rental or airport fee
- An extra driver has an additional cost of U$ 2 p/day per driver.
- We do deliver at hotels. For hotels around our locations we don't charge a fee.
- If you provide your arrival flight number arrival and time, a staff member can meet you at the airport terminal and bring you to our airport office at no additional cost.
- We do not accept credit card insurance. You have to purchase the basic insurance.
- We do not accept cash, traveller checks or debit card for deposit. We only take credit card deposits.
Gasoline is not included, rentals must be longer than 2 days, & the driver should not drive more than 8 hours per day. |

Requirements
- A major credit card with US $ 750.00 credit available must be presented at the moment of the rental or equivalent in cash or traveler checks.
- Minimum age is 21 years. For younger drivers [from 18 to 21]; a major credit card with $1500.00 credit available must be presented.
- A valid drivers license.
