Booking terms and conditions


Reservations, Terms of Payments and Cancellation Guidelines are as follows:

25% deposit required to confirm and process reservation, payable by personal check or major credit card (Visa, Master Card) and full payment required 60 days prior to arrival.

Credit Card Payments:

Visa, and Master Card are accepted. A signed credit card form is required for credit card payments.

Cancellation fees and refunds
Should you have to cancel your tour the following terms will apply:


All cancellation requests will incur a $50 per person administrative fee.
For cancellations 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of the trip price is non-refundable.
For cancellations 59-30 days prior to arrival, 75% of the trip price is non-refundable.
For cancellations 0-29 days prior to arrival and no shows, no refunds will be made.
No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour.
