Cahuita Frog Garden Tour

In the town of Cahuita, next to the National Park, is the FROG GARDEN, a private tourist destination of 700 square meters, where you can see and meet the different species of frogs of the zone, accompanied by the explanation of a guide.

This interesting alternative not only permits you to see and touch these rare species of frogs, but also to learn and know the lives of these animals.

On display are fourteen different frogs, including the Bufo marinus, which is the biggest toad in Costa Rica passing, the poisonous Arrow frogs, and the most photographed of the world, the green arborícola with red eyes.

There is a trail with small swamps where we can see the frogs and toads in their natural habitat and the hike takes just over an hour.
