The open air restaurant "The Bistro" is well known for its savory cuisine and casual ambience. Enjoy dining on fresh local ingredients served in a variety of "Tipico" (local) and international recipes painstakingly prepared by the professionally trained chef and kitchen staff. Dine while enjoying the panoramic views of Playa Hermosa, the Pacific Ocean, and spectacular tropical sunsets.

At the open air bar, the friendly staff will serve your favorite wines and cocktails or a variety of blended tropical fruit drinks made with fresh local fruits. Every afternoon from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.there is a happy hour with a snack menu and magnificent sunsets.
