The Lodge is located in Guanacaste. It is inside the Guanacaste Conservation Area at the side of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano. Dedicated to the eco-tourism, it is the closest Lodge / Hotel to the Rincon de la Vieja National Park. |

A total of 70% of their 400 hectares of land is dedicated to ecological project and reserve. They are offering peace and tranquility in harmony with the nature. It is almost a rustic museum, like an old Hacienda house, constructed of wood with 49 double or multiple rooms with private bath and hot water surrounded by forest. |

Six types of Tropical Forest, 900 acres Private Reserve, 11 attraction
points, 30 miles of forest trails from 2100 f. above sea level to 6000
f. high. Horseback-riding tours every day, tours with bilingual naturalist
guide, archaeological areas, volcanic attractions, 257 species of birds
and 11.000 species of plants.

Top Trails with 17 platforms and 11 wire lines constructed for research
and observation . 4 hrs. Canopy tour traversing from one point to the
other, including a 40 meters skywalk bridge. |

Transfer from San Jose area hotels or San Jose's Juan Santamaría International Airport to hotels in Guanacaste range from $155 to $275.00 each way for a minivan with a capacity of up to 9 passengers. Approximate time from San José to the area is from 41/2 to 6 hours.
