This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

Details:

Our site uses a secure order form for customers to request information and services. We collect visitor's contact information such as, email addresses and financial information, such as credit card numbers, CVV2 and CVC2 values.Contact information from the order form is used to make the requested reservations. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when and if necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for services.

Reservations:

In order to make any reservations, the customer is required to supply his / her Full Name, Full Address, Phone Number, E-mail address and credit card information (credit card holder name, credit card number, CVV2 and CVC2 values and credit card expiration date)

Cancellations policy:

We accept payments by Visa and Master Card and all reservations require complete prepayment. Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival for refund and any cancellation received within the 14 days period would result in complete forfeiture. Any reduction in the length of stay must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. If reductions are made inside the 7 days window, the original length of stay will be charged.
