There is no time limitation in which you must build your home at Madre Tierra. You can simply reserve your lot now, and start your home construction when it’s convenient. No one will rush you to build. If you elect to just hold on to your property, your real estate investment should simply continue to appreciate in value.
If you’d like to begin the construction of your home, the developers at Madre Tierra have several approved floorplans and home designs ready to go and guaranteed to fit your budget. Our approved floorplans can be modified to fit your needs and we can supervise every step of it’s construction with a complete “turn-key service”, which includes color selection, furniture, appliances, right down to the bath towels.
Madre Tierra is a completely self-contained residential development. We have engineers, architects, interior designers, construction crews, metal and woodworking shops, and much more available for you. Your lot purchase price includes complete landscaping, your choice of plants, trees and shrubs to make their property a true home away from home in this ecological wonderland. Our landscape designers will work with you in developing your property in harmony with the natual enviroment.
If you wish to manage the construction of your own home, your contractor and plans must be approved by the management of Mardre Tierra.
Currently on-site, Madre Tierra has a model home for your inspection. Our model home design includes 137.25 square meters (approximately 1,477 square feet) total living space, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bungalow style design features subfloor venting for natural air flow and circulation with an interesting partial floor under the roof peak. Large windows give ample light and views of the surrounding landscape. We use the highest quality building materials available throughout the home.
