Spend a week or more at this stunning retreat, which is located in one of the most desirable areas in all of Costa Rica. Mareas Villas beckons you with 36 acres of Costa Rica Rainforest, surrounded by over 200 acres of wildlife preserve, your own sanctuary and rain forest perched on a ridge overlooking the lovely Playa Hermosa Beach on the southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica.

	This beach borders the Ballena National Marine Park, also known as the "Whales Tail Reef". Ocean breezes and lush rain forests create a tropical home for toucans, monkeys, sea turtles and whales.

Each suite provides you an unparalleled level of splendor and luxury, tucked in the rain forest with privacy and tranquility, offering stunning views of the beautiful deep blue ocean.

	There are two Guest Villas at Mareas Villas, each with four bedroom suites; two on the ground floor and two on the upper level. The upper rooms have a balcony overlooking a garden and the ground floor suites open onto a private garden.

Each Villa is just steps away from nature trails that lead you to private waterfalls and the rainforest canopy. Mareas is at 1,000 ft. elevation so there are year-round ocean breezes that create a cool comfortable climate.

	Immerse yourself in the 1,700 sq ft luxurious infinity swimming pool, surfaced entirely in cobalt blue glass tiles, featuring shallow water lounging areas. The spill over Jacuzzi and cascading waterfalls create a dramatic panoramic visual to the ocean below.

Mareas Wildlife Preserve invites you to explore nature trails right outside your suite, leading to two waterfalls and the forest canopy.

NOTES: Children are welcome at Mareas Due to the abundance of wildlife at Mareas, we have a “No Pets” policy. Pet boarding can be arranged. There is a strict "No Smoking" policy.
