Delfin Amor Eco Lodge - Drake Bay
When people think of Costa Rica, it is usually of her incredible biologically rich rainforests. What is not yet widely known is that Costa Rica's waters are equally rich with marine life.

They are extremely proud to offer lodging and tours in the most beautiful place on earth, Drake Bay, Costa Rica. Called the most biologically intense area in the world by National Geographic, Drake Bay has everything the true adventurer could ask for. Whether you are into Dolphin and Whale encounters (our speciality), SCUBA, bird watching, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, fishing or just hanging out in a hammock, we have something special for everyone. Common Dolphins

Their eco lodge, Delfín Amor ("Dolphin Love", sits on a point, giving the lodge panoramic ocean and rainforest views, with waves crashing on two sides. They offer The Discovery Channel Live both on land and at sea!

Delfin Amor Eco Lodge is honored to be offering Wild Dolphin and Whale Encounters combined with Rainforest tours in Drake Bay, Costa Rica. Drake Bay is located on the Osa Peninsula, which is on the Pacific (west) side of Costa Rica, on the southern most tip. Drake Bay is named after Sir Francis Drake who legend has it, buried treasure here on the coast. Whales, dolphins and tourtles

Whales and dolphins In this very remote area (accessible only by boat), you will find Pantropical Spotted Dolphins, Spinner Dolphins, Bottlenose Dolphins, Rough-Toothed Dolphins and Common Dolphins, Humpback Whales, Orcas, Pilot Whales, Sperm Whales, Sei Whales, Psuedo Orcas (False Killer Whales), giant manta rays, sea turtles and much more. It is a virtual marine playground! They often find themselves surrounded by hundreds and even thousands of dolphins in our warm, clear, blue waters.

On land you will meet monkeys, toucans, macaws, iguanas, blue morpho butterflies, poison dart frogs, sloths and all the creatures of the rainforest. You will wake up to the sound of the howler monkeys and go to sleep to the sound of waves on the shore. The natural beauty found here is unsurpassed. Our tours, which combine the rich rainforests and incredible sea life, make an ecologically wild adventure beyond your wildest dreams! Wild life

Cabins Delfín Amor Eco Lodge offers lodging in our beautiful screened-in cabinas with private baths. All have ocean and rainforest views and offer comfort and privacy. Each cabina has a double bed and a bunk bed (two singles) and can sleep 2-4 persons. We have only five cabinas, keeping our lodge un-crowded and intimate.

A jungle trail runs through the property and our own private beach, straight out of a postcard, is yours for sunning, swimming and relaxing.

They provide three delicious meals per day, with fresh organic fruits and vegetables, grains, homemade bread and lots of fresh fish caught by our expert fishermen.

Beautiful beach
