Whales & Dolphins Ecolodge is located in Playa Hermosa on the newly completed Costanera Sur Highway between San José and Palmar Norte. It is 60 km south of Manuel Antonio National Park and just 17km south of Dominical on the Southern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica and only 30 minutes from Palmar Sur airport.

Whales and Dolphins features 4 suites and 16 standard rooms (one specially equipped for handicapped people) located in two buildings, constructed on the side of the ridge, below the restaurant.

All the rooms have terracotta tiled floors, private balconies with stunning ocean views, AC, ceiling fans, private bathrooms with biodegradable toiletries and floor-to-ceiling tile, hot water showers and hair dryers, queen sized beds with box spring mattresses, safe box, minibar, phone, and satellite TV.

There are two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. There's also a world-class restaurant serving local and international cuisine with magnificent views of the ocean and coastline and the Rainforest bar for those exotic libations.  An observation deck lets you enjoy activities such as: Bird watching and whale and dolphin watching.
