Hotel La Rosa de America is a unique Boutique Bed and Breakfast Hotel situated on a gorgeous property and conveniently located 7 km west of San Jose’s Juan Santamaria International Airport. Its’ strategic location allows guests easy access to many Central Valley sites including the Poas volcano, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, the Butterfly Gardens, ZooAve (Birds Zoo) and the Doka and Cafe Britt Coffee Tours.

There are 12 spotless individual rooms arranged in six bungalows and a sparkling pool for the private use of guests. The rooms are located around a large carefully designed and tended tropical garden. Services include; full tropical breakfast, free high- speed internet, cable TV, spa services and lots of free advice!

This Boutique Hotel is ideally suited to guests arriving from a tiring flight and wanting time to adjust to the country. It is also perfect to spend 3-4 days unwinding and seeing the spectacular local countryside with or without a vehicle. In short, Hotel La Rosa de America provides you with all the amenities and services that will ensure your stay is a memorable experience.

Rooms are available in the following configurations:

- Single/Double Room with one matrimonial (double) bed.
- Double Room with two twin beds.
- Triple Room with one matrimonial (double) bed and one twin bed.
- Quad Room with one matrimonial (double) bed and two twin beds.
- Quad Room with two twin size (large!) bunk beds (sleeps four in separate twin sized beds) or one double bed and a bunk bed !

The swimming pool is probably the most inviting in all of Costa Rica! Spotlessly clean and meticulously cared for, it is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Lit at night, it can even be enjoyed under the stars!
