Hotel Pacande (Alajuela centre) and Villa Pacande (2 km North towards Poás Volcano) both run by it's owners, are located in Alajuela, the province that has a particularly rural charm, just a 20 km Northwest of San Jose and 2 kilometers North of Juan Santa Maria international Airport, and near to one of the most attractive volcanoes of Central America. With its perfect weather, Alajuela's average temperature is 23 ºC during day and 13 ºC during night.

If you don't have a previous reservation, please make sure to take an orange taxi at the airport. This is the official taxi service and you will find their service window as you exit the airport where you can buy your ticket for transportation to the hotel. The cost is $3.00 and you will be reimbursed on your arrival to Hotel Pacande.
