This Boutique Hotel is located in a large private mountain home located on 13 acres of protected land bordering the biological corridor of the Monteverde cloud forest. Located three kilometers northeast from the center of the town of Santa Elena, this is one of the most tranquil and impressive areas known for its sweeping views of the Gulf of Nicoya.  The hotel offers six rooms, comfortably equipped with king- and queen-sized beds, living room areas, tree-top balconies, and all of the chalets within easy access by platform walkways.

Their unique location, out of the center of town, offers a peaceful quiet ambience which makes for good birding, and also places you very close to one of the areas larger nature reserves and many of the canopy zip-line tours in the area.

Hidden Canopy is the first boutique hotel in Monteverde, offering the only treehouse chalets in the cloud forest canopy. The construction methods utilize fine materials in an elegant and artistic form, unifying our natural setting with your bedroom dwelling.
