The entire Beach house was built with wood from fallen trees. Before the development of the Beach House, the owners spent several months finding, cleaning and cutting the lumber of fallen trees in the forest. Some of the Nispero trees had been on the ground for more than 10 years. |

| The new beach suite was finished in October of 2006. The 800 sq feet bathroom is by far the largest bathroom in the country. Calling this one bathroom maybe does not describe the captivating opulence of this space. As you descend into the sunken level, you are surrounded with brilliance, imagination, and creativity. |

Casa Auratus is a new house situated on the edge of the jungle in the Gandoca-Manzanillo wildlife refuge. The beautiful beaches of Manzanillo and Punta Uva are nearby.
Casa Auratus has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The upper loft bedroom has its own bathroom and a terrace with an outside shower. From the upstairs bedroom the adjacent jungle appears as a wall of green that is transformed into a beautiful firefly show after dark. |

| The owners grow over 50 different palm trees and have the largest Heliconia collection in the area. The houses are hidden amongst all of these tropical plants. The extended gardens are the favored place for many exotic birds. In the morning, you shouldn't be surprised if you look out of your window and see the howler monkeys around your house. They wake up early and they won't hesitate to let you know they are awake. |
